134 W Aldridge is finished. Final professional photos are coming. But I took a few regardless.
At 106 W Aldridge, We are now installing rough electric.

November
The carpenters have just started laying out the roof at 106 W Aldridge. And 134 W Aldridge has had the driveway paved and the site graded.
106 W Aldridge — Framing
Foundation is backfilled, underground plumbing is in, and we started the rough framing.

We have excavated and are now pouring the footings for the new home at 106 W Aldridge in Palatine.
August Home Progress
156 has been completed, but we weren’t able to take interior finished photos.
134 just had the oak stairs installed at the 1st floor & basement.
2300 is just about done. Still finshing up a few last things and touchups. Here are a few interior photos of the progress.
134 W Aldridge July Progress
On the exterior we are starting the siding. On the interior, insulation has been installed and we will be starting drywall.
156 W Aldridge July Progress
We have almost reached the end of this project. Just a couple more weeks of finishing touches and cleanup.
May Home Progress
At 134, the mason is working on the exterior and the rough plumbing & HVAC are going in on the inside.
At 156, stair backs are going in. Cabinets were installed and countertops have been measured.
At 2300, siding is finished and both the tile floors & pre finished wood floors are being installed.
April Home Progress
We are finishing the rough framing at 134. Siding at 156. And just poured the concrete for the garage & stoops at 2300.
Home Updates
2300 is almost finished with the rough mechanicals and we are working on the masonry. 156 we are hanging Drywall. 134 we are rough framing and just getting to the 2nd floor deck.
